Judi LakeJudi Lake has kept up with leading edge business trends throughout her varied and successful career. She had already had her “15 minutes of fame” over and over again before starting her family. Judi and her family now reside in Charleston, South Carolina, but, having been born and raised on Long Island, NY, it is clearly evident that she will always be a ‘New Yorker’. Today, she successfully runs her advertising agency which handles everything from websites, branding and package design while continuing to work closely with self-published authors from design to promotion.

  • Graduated in 1977 from S.U.N.Y. at Farmingdale majoring in Commercial Art.
  • Attended SVA (School of Visual Arts) and FIT (Fashion Institute of Technology) in Manhattan.
  • Production Manager for Goodliving magazine, where she learned everything about running a magazine from the ground up; achieved a number of Boli Awards for the magazine. Was approved funding of $90,000 a month from Manhattan investors to resurrect the magazine when it folded in 1989.
  • Art Director for MTV where she directed music videos for such artists as R.E.M., Santana, Joe Jackson and Bruce Springsteen.
  • Moonlighted as a radio talk show host on New Jersey’s WVRM focusing on women’s issues. Her show, “Time with Judi” combined music with call-in talk primarily with women professionals. This ultimately evolved into combining her skills to help people.
  • Opened her own advertising agency, ElanMedia, in Manhattan’s Advertising District (Madison Avenue). Her client list contained such notables as Mattel, LaPrarie Cosmetics, Tova, and Sally Hansen among others.
  • Partnered with Simon and Schuster’s Educational Division and also worked with self-publishing authors in design and promotional work.
  • Founder of Working Women Connection, a vehicle designed particularly for professional women to stay connected in business today and to maintain balance in doing so.
  • Co-author of the book, 7001 Forgotten Secrets of the Ages, released Fall 2007.

Brad JohnsonBrad Johnson, is a millennial web developer and graphic artist. Since childhood creating graphics and websites has been a vibrant element of his life, leading to the career he has today. Brad has the unique ability to conceptualize artistically, and code efficiently. His coding skills range from HTML & CSS to creating full dynamic experiences using AJAX, PHP/ASP & MySQL. His graphics abilities include flier designs, flash elements, vector illustrations/conversions, and creating custom websites.

  • Ecommerce Specialist at ASI Computer Systems. Here he installed, strategically planned, trained, and troubleshooted their clients B2B ecommerce stores. Utilizing his strong knowledge in design and html/css development, Brad brought to the table an easier and faster methods to design a classier looking store.
  • Web / Graphics / Ecommerce Developer & Designer at Links Marketing Group. At Links, Brad designed, developed, and
  • maintained ecommerce stores and programs for their corporate clients which required B2B ecommerce in their marketing plans. He also fulfilled the firms graphic design needs including website designs, print layout, vector conversions, virtual samples, internal graphics, and company promotions. Major clients Brad interacted with while in this position included Helio, Myspace, LA Lakers, Embryer Jets, Sallie Mae, Demand Media, and The Bridges of Santa Fe.
  • Consultant at Hearn Quality Appraisal. While consulting for
  • HQA, Brad handled the startups of the company branding, website, marketing promotional materials and handouts. He also worked to optimize their research process and set the trend for printing to PDF, saving the company thousands a year in printing costs.
  • Ventured on his own and began JDH Creative with partner
  • Mark Hearn.
  • Fastrack Marketing. Here, Brad conducted seminars as well as managed all design both Internet and Print.
